The Americana Heat Full Brim Hard Hat with Ratchet Suspension is built for demanding work environments where exposure to elevated temperatures and radiant heat is a daily concern. Ideal for utilities, foundries, steel mills, and welding applications, this hard hat delivers dependable protection without sacrificing comfort.
Constructed using the same durable shell and suspension system found in the Americana Wildlands hard hat, it meets the heat performance requirements of NFPA 1977 and complies with ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Type I, Class E and G standards. It is also SEI certified, providing added confidence in its protective performance.
For all-day comfort, the hard hat features a four-point woven nylon suspension paired with a moisture-wicking brow pad that is removable, washable, and replaceable. The Mega Ratchet suspension allows easy adjustment to fit head sizes 6.5–8, ensuring a secure, comfortable fit throughout the workday. What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges within 30 days, in the original packaging with the RMA number written on the outside. A 15% restocking fee and return shipping are deducted from the refund unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived defective; exchanges carry no restocking fee. Boots and shoes return free within 30 days if unused and in the original box. Custom and personalized items, and clearance or sale items, cannot be returned.
