Featuring the Secure-Fit™ Mega Ratchet system, this suspension allows quick, precise size adjustments from head sizes 6.5 to 8 using an easy-turn knob—without removing the hard hat. Each adjustment locks firmly in place with 50 meshing teeth to prevent slippage, even in extreme weather or demanding work environments. The low-profile, hinged ratchet sits comfortably at the nape of the neck and is height adjustable, while thick sponge padding enhances all-day comfort.

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges within 30 days, in the original packaging with the RMA number written on the outside. A 15% restocking fee and return shipping are deducted from the refund unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived defective; exchanges carry no restocking fee. Boots and shoes return free within 30 days if unused and in the original box. Custom and personalized items, and clearance or sale items, cannot be returned.
