What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges within 30 days, in the original packaging with the RMA number written on the outside. A 15% restocking fee and return shipping are deducted from the refund unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived defective; exchanges carry no restocking fee. Boots and shoes return free within 30 days if unused and in the original box. Custom and personalized items, and clearance or sale items, cannot be returned.
