The Fibre Metal® Ratchet Suspension Replacement (3RW2) is designed to restore fit, comfort, and impact performance to Fibre Metal Roughneck® and Supereight® hard hats. Featuring an advanced 8-point load-bearing suspension system, this replacement evenly distributes weight across the head to improve balance and reduce pressure during long workdays.

In the event of an impact, the suspension acts as an Impact Energy Control System, breaking down force into smaller increments across each load-bearing point to help minimize transmitted energy. Paired with the ratchet adjustment system, this suspension allows for quick, precise sizing adjustments while delivering reliable protection and comfort in demanding jobsite environments.

Most hard hats, safety vests, and apparel can be custom imprinted with your logo. You get a free digital proof before anything is printed, If your artwork is not print-ready our custom team can redraw it, and will quote any charge for that before anything is printed.

Do you offer bulk or business pricing?

Yes. Request a quote for volume pricing, and open a corporate account for multi-site and repeat crew orders.

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges within 30 days, in the original packaging with the RMA number written on the outside. A 15% restocking fee and return shipping are deducted from the refund unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived defective; exchanges carry no restocking fee. Boots and shoes return free within 30 days if unused and in the original box. Custom and personalized items, and clearance or sale items, cannot be returned.
